Established in 1640, this Baroque mill has been home to artists, former prime ministers, and dissidents alike and can now be your manor for the day to host your special event. Situated just 30 minutes from Vaclav Havel Airport and 1 hour from central Prague.
Mill 1640 can host your country-style garden wedding or special event and reception within its unique, fully enclosed 1-acre walled courtyard, affording privacy and seclusion for up to 100 guests comfortably. Its former stables have been meticulously restored into an elegant and grand vaulted reception room that can seat up to 80 guests, with the option to seat additional guests in its charming formal dining room.
Events can be catered in our unique “cookhouse” cottage, which has been restored and converted into a fully equipped, purpose- built modern kitchen with its Mediterranean-style terrace.
With its imported wood-fired Spanish oven, multiple BBQs, modern appliances, and workstations, your appointed chef can prepare a sumptuous culinary feast.
Guests have the option to select a chef from our recommendations or arrange their own caterer. We leave this completely to your discretion.
